Favourite 5 images; Photography: Mr Cooper

Introduction:
The task was to take pictures of the same category and put them on our blog. Then we had to write about our favourite 5 images,

What I have learnt:
I have learnt that the food category is good to photograph as all food is colourful. The only challenge was, was to choose the food to take photos of!

How will this help me:
This will help me because I now know that colour is important when taking a photograph.

Image 4:
This image of the chocolate M & M's show a good bright photograph. The lighting brings out the colours of the chocolate and packaging really well. I like this photograph as I love the texture of the package and the scattered multi-coloured chocolate spread out. Also, the lighting gives of a great photo, as without the lighting there would be a boring photo being portrayed.

Image 7:
This image of the cherry tomatoes in a vintage old fashioned, cardboard box shows great lighting as the redness of the tomatoes against the backdrop of a old fashioned brown box; shows good lighting. This is because the colours bring out the lighting such as a bright colour against a dull colour, gives off a great photo.

Image 9:
This image of the onions in its netting package show a great photo due to the backdrop of a glass table, also the netting gives texture against the onion which shows also great lighting. The colours and the lighting show a textured photo which portray a golden colour onion against glass and combined in the netting, showing the reflection of the netting on the onions.

Image 16:
This image of the cookie dough ice cream shows great lighting and colouring, because the colours and the picture of the cookies on the pot portray bright colours and great lighting also due to the backdrop of the glass table. Also the pot is icy  which gives a great photo conveying texture against the lighting.

Image 20:
The last photo out of the twenty pictures I had taken is the Oreos package. I love the lighting on the package giving off excellent colour. I like this photo also because the packaging is retro and modern; but also the lighting gives the photograph more of a boost with increasing the bright colouring.
